As the world evolves at an accelerated pace, so does the complexity of it. Given the disturbing events that spawned in America over the recent years, the world witnessed blatant injustices where we could not believe our eyes. From this emerged the Black Lives Matter movement where we believe that the African American culture is entitled to the same inalienable rights as any other ethnic group. Dr. Towanna Burrous, CEO of CoachDiversity Institute has teamed up with Howard University’s School of Business to continue offering a world-class executive certification program. Ever since the program was first introduced in 2019, there has been an overwhelming response and increasing demand.

The Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching (ECDC) prepares enrollees with coaching competencies and diversity management skills for executives and professionals to use with individuals, teams, or organizations. The partnership with Howard University has created a synergistic alliance across the nation and internationally. Howard University has a rich heritage that spans more than 150 years and continues to make history even recently with alumnus and Madame Vice President, Kamala D. Harris.
